Rates:
Counseling With TLC, LLC will work with you to make sure counseling is affordable and available to you no matter your situation.
Initial Session and Intake:  $125 (approximately 75 minutes)
Additional Therapy Sessions:  $100 (50 minutes)
Phone, Video, or Skype Sessions:  $50 (30 minutes), $100 (50-60 minutes)
Instant Messenger / Chat Sessions:  $40 (30 minutes), $80 (50-60 minutes)
Home Studies, Psychological Evaluations and Mental Health Screenings, and Guardianship Evaluations vary in price.  This cost will be discussed upon receiving further information.

Insurance
Counseling With TLC, LLC will work with you to make counseling affordable.  Many times we have been able to use your insurance co-pay as payment for a counseling session without actually submitting to your insurance company.  We believe that our work with you is private and confidential and working with insurance companies forces us to disclose your treatment to a third party.  Insurance submission also requires us to make a clinical diagnosis.  We feel we provide a competitive rate for services and can work with you to make counseling affordable for you whether you have insurance or not.  Do not let insurance details deter you from contacting us.  We are confident we can develop a plan that will be comfortable for you and your needs.  Should you wish to submit the full counseling fee to your insurance company for possible partial reimbursement, payment will be due in full at time of service, and a detailed invoice suitable for insurance therapy will be given.


Payment
Payment in full is expected at time of session.  Cash or check preferred, credit cards can also be accepted for payment (an additional fee may be included for processing). Debit card payments can be made through Google Pay. Credit card payments can be made through Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, or PayPal


 

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the full cost of the session.
